The Little Booklet of Food for a Good Life is a unique handbound book printed in limited edition. It includes recipes with inspiration from Scandinavian ingredients with 12 thoughts for good living and beautiful black and white photographs by Julie Lindahl.
Lingon & Cinnamon Jam with Honey
- 1 3/4 cups or 4 deciliters lingon or cranberries
- 4-6 tablespoons honey (unheated, no additives), depending on desired sweetness
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 clean jar enough to hold 1 cup or 2 deciliters of jam
Combine all ingredients in a small, thick-bottomed pot. Cover and bring to simmer over medium heat. Stir gently, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the berries are soft and the ingredients are well blended. Remove from heat. With a clean spoon skin off the pink froth that collects on top of the jam. Pot and seal in a clean jar. Refrigerate. Enjoy with Lean Mozarella Wildburgers, and other both savory and sweet dishes.
